A film which will bring together Vikram and director Suseendran has been titled ‘Raja Pattai’. Reports claimed earlier that the project was named ‘Vendhan’ and Vikram would be seen playing a double role.
Now, sources in the know deny the claims and say, “The film’s name is not ‘Vendhan’, but ‘Raja Pattai’ and Vikram is playing only one role. Suseendran is all ready to commence the shooting.”
The project is expected to go on floors on June 6 and initially it will be shot in and around Chennai. “Only after a 60-day schedule in the city, ‘Raja Pattai’ crew will leave for other locales.”
While Deeksha Seth plays the female lead in the film, veteran Tollywood director-actor K Viswanath has an important role. The music will be composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and this is first time for Yuvan to work for a Vikram-starrer.
