Avan Ivan Delayed - Vishal ?

We had earlier reported the reason behind Vishal's appearance as a squint eyed character in Avan Ivan. Now it is revealed that the role and Vishal were the reasons for delaying the production of the movie. Right after Vishal was finalized in for the character, director Bala had advised the actor to look out for movies with squint eyed characters to perfect his role.

Vishal's search for a squint eyed character was in vain as he couldn't find such a character in any world languages. Vishal suffered from constant eye strain and headaches after playing the role, which put him out of work many times delaying the production. Now that the filming has completed and moved to the post production stage, we can await the movie to hit screens this April.
