Suriya to Join 3 idiots Team ?

Finally things seem to be falling in place for the remake of 3 Idiots by Shankar. Yes, it is confirmed that Suriya has been signed up to play the role essayed by Aamir Khan in the Hindi version. The movie also stars Jiiva, Srikanth, Sathyaraj and Ileana.

Actor Omi Vaidya, who played the comic role of Chatur in the original, will be reprising his role in the Tamil version too. The shooting is all set to start on 25th January in Ooty and will later shift to Dehradun. Suriya, who is shooting for 7aam Arivu until the end of February, will be joining the crew by March and until then scenes involving the other actors will be canned.

Shankar is said to be giving finishing touches to the script. The probable titles for the movie are Moovar or 3 Rascals.
