Singam film Review / Singam story

Suriya's Singam still

In this post I am going to write Singam film Review / Singam story. Another blockbuster film for Surya. He is climbing the ladder and surely he will rule the Tamil film industry. The film is very nice and entertaining. Hari did a marvelous job. Surya and Anuskha acting is superb. The fight scenes are really worth watching. Vivek's comedy is extraordinary. Prakash Raj, Radharavi and Sumithra did their roles very well. In his 25th film Surya acting and dance are superb.

Durai Singam (Surya) is S.I. of Nallur Police Station. Mayivahanan (Prakash Raj, a criminal trapped a case and requires to sign in police station (Nallur) for a period of two weeks. A proxy (on behalf of Prakash Raj) who comes to do the job in Nallur Police Station and this leads to clash between Surya and Prakash Raj. The action filled clever ideas of Director Hari forms the rest of story Singam. Singam collection will beat all the earlier records in Tamil Industry.

Kamal film titled ‘Manmadhan Ambu’?

Kamal Haasan’s forthcoming film, which was initially tentatively titled ‘Yavarum Kelir’, has undergone a name change now. If sources are to be believed, the new title of the movie is ‘Manmadhan Ambu’.
Remember one of the lines of the evergreen song ‘Andhi Mazhai Pozhigiradhu…’ from the Ulaga Nayagan’s 100th venture ‘Raaja Parvai’ has the words ‘Manmadhan Ambu’. Apparently inspired by it, the film has been titled so, sources say.
Produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin on Red Giant Movies banner, the movie would bring together Kamal and K S Ravikumar once again. They had earlier given hits like ‘Avvai Shanmugi’, ‘Thenali’, ‘Panchathanthiram’ and ‘Dasavatharam’.
The film has Trisha opposite Kamal with Madhavan playing an important role. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music and a poetic number, presumably the title song of the film, was recorded at the music composer’s studio recently.

Triple Sixers From Vijay..?

Vijay is at an important cross road now. With controversies and criticisms mounting Ilaya Thalapathi has finally decided to put everything to rest and make every body happy.
As the first step Vijay has decided to release three films this year to make the theatre owners happy. Siddique's ‘Kaavalkaran’ is 60% complete and is generating good trade talk so far. ‘Jayam’ Raja is also ready for ‘Velayudham’ and there will be an official announcement next week.
Also there is news about Vijay giving his consent to do the remake of ‘3-Idiots’ in Tamil. It’s likely that Vijay will announce this at the launch function of ‘Velayudham’.
With these sudden developments the theatre owners are convinced and are ready for Vijay films again.

Vijaykanth Remake M.G.R Film ..?

‘Ulagam Sutrum Valiban’ is one of the ever green box office hits of Tamil cinema. Even after 37 years the film is still a money spinner on its re-runs. After finishing ‘Ulagam Sutrum Valiban’ MGR announced a film 'Kizhakku Africavil Raju' as a sequel to ‘Ulagam Sutrum Valiban’ for which he even conducted location hunting tour in Africa.
But as destiny had it MGR became more politically active and finally ascended to the throne of Tamil Nadu in 1977. He also voluntarily put an end his film career and that decision shelved his ambitious project 'Kizhakku Africavil Raju' as well.
Now after more than 30 years Captain Vijayakanth is reviving the film for himself. Captain is currently acting and directing 'Virudhagiri' which will hit the theatres later this year. After that Vijayakanth will take up the project 'Kizhakku Africavil Raju' and go from a start to finish schedule.
MGR formula is considered an ever winning formula. With the number of his film titles repeated and his songs re-mixed the craze is still very much there. With Captain daring to take up a dropped MGR film there may be many more thinking of remaking his films.

Vijay, Genelia and Hansika Motwani

Aascar Ravichandran is producing Velayudham with Vijay in the lead. There was a strong speculation on who would pair up with the Ilaya Thalapathy. Rumor mills were also working overtime on this issue. Now we have it that Genelia and Hansika Motwani will be the leading ladies of the film.

One more news that is doing rounds in Kollywood is that Velayudham’s inaugural pooja will be held in Chennai on May 27th at the Nehru Indoor Stadium. The event is said to be a grand-scale affair.

Vikram to team up with Gautham Menon?

Reportedly Chiyaan Vikram will team up with ace director Gautham Menon for an upcoming Kollywood flick. The duo is currently busy with two projects each. Vikram is awaiting the release of Mani Ratnam's Raavanan (Raavan in Hindi and Villain in Telugu). He is also shooting for Selvaraghavan's Sindubad and Boopathi Pandian's Vedi. Gautham Menon is currently busy with his quickie thriller with Sameera Reddy and will soon direct Ajith's 50th film. After the completion of these projects, the duo would join hands for their next project which will reportedly go on floors in early 2011.

Vijay in Kavalakaran and Velayudham?

Tamil Nadu theatre owners and distributors convened an emergency meeting on May 22 in Chennai and unanimously decided to demand that Ilayathalapathi Vijay refund a portion of the money they put up for his 50th film Sura, which bombed at the box office. They wanted the actor to refund at least 40% of the amount that they had paid as MG (Minimum Guarantee).

Now the actor has replied by working on two films simultaneously: Kaavalkaran and Velayutham. Vijay is also planning to start a third film (remake of 3 Idiots) by August. Reportedly Vijay will have two heroines—Genelia and Hansika—in Velayutham and will play a fictitious man of the masses created by a female journalist. The film is rumoured to be a remake of Nagarjuna’s Telugu hit Azad (2000), which was inspired from Amitabh Bachchan’s 1989 flop Main Azad Hoon, which was again inspired from Frank Capra’s 1941 classic Meet John Doe!

Bharath in Ameer's direction!

Ameer believes in breaking jinxes and he has done so in every film of his, beginning with Mounam Paesiyadhae and Raam, till his most recent success Paruthi Veeran. The director is currently busy with his upcoming flick Adhibagavan, starring Jayam Ravi. Meanwhile the director has already finalized his next project. There are reports that Bharath will play the lead role and the film will be produced by Ameer’s Teamwork Production.

Once again Join with Vijay in Velayudham : Genelia

After the super hit of Santosh Subramaniam (2008), which received rave reviews right from the story to the actors' performances, Genelia is back to Kollywood. She will be Ilayathalapathi Vijay's heroine in his 52nd Tamil film tentatively titled Velayudham, directed by Jayam Raja and produced by Aascar Ravichandran.
Notably, Velayudham is Genelia’s second film opposite Vijay after Sachein (2005). Apart from Genelia, Vijay will also have another heroine—Hansika. The producers are reportedly planning a grand launch for this movie at Nehru Stadium in June.
Velayudham is rumoured to be a remake of Nagarjuna’s Telugu hit Azad (2000), which was inspired from Amitabh Bachchan’s 1989 flop Main Azad Hoon. Harris Jayaraj is expected to score music for this flick.
Vijay is currently busy with his 51st film Kaavalkaran (remake of Malayalam hit Bodyguard), which marks the re-entry of Asin in South Indian cinema after a gap. Meanwhile, Genelia is currently busy with a number of Hindi movies, including It's My Life and Hook Ya Crook.

Surya’s next film

Suriya
Hi Surya fans, you will see Surya in the film “Avan Ivan”. The film “Avan Ivan” is directed by Bala. Arya and Vishal are the two heroes acting in the film “Avan Ivan”. This film is said to be a comedy based and a complete family entertainer. For the first time Director Bala is doing a comedy movie. All films directed by Bala have different story line and his films have created an impact in the viewer's hearts especially because his films have always been realistic and contain a raw element in it.

Surya's brother Actor Karthi told in a meeting that Director Bala had offered the roles to Surya and Karthi initially (now Arya and Vishal are doing) for the film “Avan Ivan” but it is not possible for them to act in Bala’s direction now due to call sheet problem. Now Surya is accepted to perform a guest role in the film “Avan Ivan”.

Easy Unlimited Web hosting

This is post is written exclusively for people who have the idea of starting their own site in the Internet. The best way to pen down your thoughts is to start your own site and for this you must have a domain and a company which provides you a web hosting service. Web hosting is provided for even free of cost but then they are not reliable and hence my advice is to go for a hosting site that provides you all the required features for a competitive price. In terms of free hosting you have very limited amount of storage and the site up-time is completely unpredictable whereas when it comes to paid hosting you have 99 per cent of up-time.

BlueHost is one the best web hosting site and they are ranked no two in terms of services and the features that they provide to their customers. I will just give a small Bluehost Review which will help you all to know about them in a better way. The main features that they offer are unlimited bandwidth, disk space, hosting and most importantly a free domain for just 3.95 dollars per month. They have very quickly reached number two spot mainly due to the customer satisfaction that they give. The customer support staffs are very user friendly and provide the customer with complete web hosting solution.

Simbu-Mahesh Babu in Lingusamy's Direct

After the super hit of his Paiyaa, which grossed Rs. 12 crores in the first three days and was declared a commercial success within a few days, popular Tamil director Lingusamy of super hit Run, Ji, Sandakozhi and Bheema fame is now gearing up to commence the production of his seventh directorial venture, a Tamil-Telugu bilingual.
In a recent interview with a leading movie portal, Lingusamy confirmed:
"It will be a bilingual with Silambarasan in the Tamil version and Mahesh Babu in the Telugu version. Dhayanidhi Alagiri will be the producer of the Tamil version, while Tirupati Prasad of Mega Supergood Films will produce the Telugu version. The Tamil version will start rolling in July after Simbu completes the first schedule of Poda Podi, while the Telugu version will commence by September," the director was quoted as saying. Currently, the director is busy completing the script.

Seventh Sense – Suriya and A.R. Murugadoss

The official announcement is finally out. The much expected union of Murugadoss and Suriya is set to become a reality. In a press meet held at the Green park Hotel in Chennai this evening, the details of the project were revealed and going by what was said this one will surely be one of the biggest and prestigious projects to come out of Kollywood in the near future. It will feature Shruthi Haasan alongside Suriya with Ravi K Chandran handling the camera.
That A.R. Murugadoss and Suriya are a superhit combination needs no elaboration after the stupendous success they had with Ghajini. The past few months had been rife with speculations about the possibilities of Murugadoss once again directing Suriya. This will be Murugadoss’ first Tamil film after Ghajini; that is nearly a five year break during which he has created a great name for himself in Bollywood with Ghajini’s Hindi version.
Coming to the details of the new project, it has been titled Ezhavadhu Arivu and it will be a multi-lingual simultaneously shot in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi with no changes in the lead cast. There are also plans to dub the movie in English and release it across the globe.
The director confidently stated that this will be an extremely unique theme that will carry a very special element never before seen in Tamil cinema. He hinted that Ezhavadhu Arivu might deal with extrasensory perception and an ability to foresee the future, but nothing concrete was revealed. He also said that this film would give Suriya one of the best and most challenging roles that he has played in his career.
Shruthi Haasan, in a brief speech said that she is honored and excited to be working with such a huge team on her Tamil acting debut. She has already made her screen debut in Hindi through a film titled Luck.
Speaking at the meet, Suriya said that he had been hugely impressed with the story when he first heard it and had immediately got the producer (Udayanidhi Stalin – Red Giant Movies) involved. He added that the final product would be of a kind that would impress even Hollywood film makers and will definitely make Tamil cinema proud.
Music for Ezhavadhu Arivu is being scored by the ‘Suriya constant’ Harris Jeyaraj. Obviously, lot would be expected from the music after the Suriya-Murugadoss-Harris delivered some chartbusters in Ghajini. Earlier, Murugadoss had said that Harris had already composed a song for the film which he felt would have an impact similar to the ‘Suttum vizhi chudare’ number.
Everything has been cleared for the film to go to the floor and shooting will being in a few days from now with a Suriya-Shruthi Haasan combo.

Surya's Next 'Seventh Sense'

You have heard of the sixth sense in human beings. Now what is this Seventh Sense? Read on.
A R Murugadoss has already challenged that his next film is going to be the best Indian movie ever. The challenge was liked by all creative geniuses including Kamal Haasan. So Murugadoss has started his efforts from the title onwards.
The new film of Murugadoss with Suriya is at the end of its pre-production stage and the unit will leave for China in the first week of June. That is the first schedule. Currently the director is busy with Harris Jayaraj finalising the song recordings. To the much anticipated film Murugadoss has given the title 'Ezhavathu Arivu'. It means seventh sense which is a level more than the sixth sense which characterises human beings.
Udhayanidhi Stalin produces this film which unites Murugadoss and Suriya after the phenomenally successful 'Ghajini' in 2005.
So will the hero of the film Suriya be a super human in the film. The ‘Ghajini’ combo can make it possible.

Simbu on Cloud Nine Movies

Riding high on the success of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Simbu is all geared up for his next film with Cloud Nine productions.
Hariharan Gajendran, one of Simbu’s biggest fan club administrators, sent some pictures of the actor taken at Macau, where the shooting of the movie is underway. According to Hariharan, it looks like Simbu plays an NCC cadet in this romantic, action packed entertainer set in a college.
The movie is directed by Lingusamy, with camera by Nirav Shah, editing by Anthony and music by Yuvanshankar Raja. The heroine of the film is yet to be finalised
Simbu's Podaa Podi with Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, which will start some time in September, is expected to be shot in and around London.

T.Rajender Say about Simbu Wedding..!

Here comes an end to a much-asked question of Kollywood. That when would Silambarasan enter wedlock. And the answer is straight from the mouth of Vijaya T Rajendar, the father of the young actor.

“When we asked Silambarasan whether he is ready for marriage, he made it clear that he would enter wedlock only after the marriage of his younger sister Ilakkiya. So we have decided to honour the sentiments of a dutiful brother,” he says.

Saying Silambarasan is however looking for an apt girl, Rajendar says, “You can expect a good news soon. As a responsible father, I would offer suggestions but never interfere in the decisions Silambarasan takes in his personal life. He knows what’s right and what’s wrong.”

On his forthcoming ventures, the actor-director says, “I am currently busy making a film titled ‘Oru Thalai Kadhal’. A Mumbai girl will be the heroine. After finishing the project, I am planning to launch my second son Kuralarasan as an actor.’

Meanwhile, she also is listening to scripts from Mumbai. Sources say that the actress intends to act in her production only if the director feels confident about her.
